Once your booking is confirmed if you decide to cancel this appointment and request a refund, a £10 admin charge will be taken from the amount being refunded.
If we come to your door and we have not been informed that you’re not going to be there, a £10 charge will be required before your next visit.
Our ladies do not accept or tolerate rude behaviour and will leave if they feel threatened or unsafe, this visit will be a chargeable visit
